I'm not sure if this will help at all, but for my depression, and more importantly, my anxiety I began meditating, with guided meditations, every morning when I wake up and every night before I go to sleep. It has helped me immensely to control the thoughts that tend to trigger my anxiety attacks. I hope everything works out, panic attacks seriously suck.
i honestly wake up and rush to the bus every day for work/school. but yeah, i wish i had the time to meditate. i need to do yoga. blah poop. miss you.
